BuTo, Limited Company BuTo, Ltd. Co. was founded and incorporated in Austin, Texas, January 2003, by Walter Paul Kelley, Ph.D., literary artist, and Tony Landon McGregor, Ph.D., visual and gourd artist. The mission of the company is to produce children’s picture books with a strong emphasis on Deaf culture and history. Other children’s books will cover hearing loss and people with disabilities. BuTo, Ltd. Company’s goal is to publish at least two or more children’s picture books annually.
